About me

I am a clinical social worker and therapist licensed in Virginia with over 9 years of experience working in various clinical settings. I have experience in helping people with a wide range of concerns including stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, relationship issues, bipolar disorder and depression.

My therapy approach is empathetic, warm and interactive as I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. Whole health and wellness is central to my approach as well, as I see therapy as a piece within a larger puzzle that can include additional pieces such as medication, community or nutrition. I currently work within an environment that creates and fosters that sense of community, belonging and support that is so crucial.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based and person-centered therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment approach to meet your unique needs.

It takes courage to take that first step towards seeking a more fulfilling and happier life and I would like to recognize that courage in you.

I am here to support and empower you; I look forward to working with you!
