About me

I am licensed in Ohio with 33 years of professional work experience. BetterHelp contracts all therapists who work on the platform. I assist clients with learning new ways to handle stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues including divorce and separation of partners, family issues, grief and loss, motivation, self compassion, and trauma. I offer the Safe and Sound Protocol (Polyvagal Theory) (developed by the Neuropsychologist/Scientist Stephen Porges, Ph.D.) for the treatment of trauma. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I tailor the session to meet unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling, happier life and take the first steps towards change. I am here to support & empower a client in that journey. Please note that appointments start times are intermittently delayed due to the previous client having a difficult emotional time. Please be kind and sensitive to others' needs. The same courtesy and kindness will be given to you as a client in your time of need. Change and kindness begins with you and spreads to the rest of the world.
