Liz has been absolutely amazing and supportive. She actively listens and interprets my ramblings incredibly well which has really helped me understand myself a lot better. I’ve been in therapy many times in my life and I honestly think I’ve made more progress with Liz than I have with any of my other therapists, many of whom I saw for a longer period of time.
Liz is a great listener and has given me techniques and exercises to help me out through my depression. She has given me confidence in applying all my lessons in real life and every session with her felt productive and motivating. I am very grateful.
