I am a licensed clinical social worker in California and South Carolina and have worked in the Social Work field for 27 years in various mental health and medical facilities. Over the past 3 years, I have provided therapeutic interventions to individuals and their families living with and adjusting to chronic/serious illness and end of life. I have experience working with individuals experiencing grief and loss of a family member/friend or functional status and those with mild depressive and anxiety symptoms as it relates to adjusting to life changes and medical conditions. I have experience in Palliative Care and discussing advance care planning and goals of care, and am a certified Advance Palliative and Hospice Social Worker. I also have worked with mental health professionals on topics related to being a helper such as compassion fatigue, burnout, and self-care.
My therapy style is empathetic and interactive. I believe in treating all individuals with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I provide this in a nonjudgmental, warm manner. I believe in working as a partner with you to explore and empower change. My approach is based in strength-based interventions and incorporates an eclectic therapeutic approach to meet your unique and specific needs.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Elizabeth Robinson. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Elizabeth is easy to talk to and helps break down tools into manageable pieces.
Elizabeth is an extraordinary therapist! She made getting back into therapy (after many years without it) so comfortable. Right from the start I felt at ease sharing with her and it brought me a huge sense of relief. Liz has helped me make immense progress in my relationship and my anxiety in only 2 weeks time! She responds to messages fast and always provides thoughtful insight. I’m so happy I was connected to Liz on Better Help.
I've only had one session but so far i am feeling positive about my experience.
She is kind and patient, but knows when I need to be re-directed. She is letting me interject issues here or there while maintaining a vision of the main problem we are concerned about.
Liz is exceptionally good at her work. I lucked out getting matched with someone truly extraordinary. She is a great listener, follows up consistently, insightful, empathic and wise. She is by far the best therapist I have experienced. She has already made quite a difference after just two sessions.
By far the best therapist I’ve ever had. She provided me with practical coping skills at a time when I desperately needed them. She helped me move forward, not dwell in the past. She was empathetic, caring, and non-judgemental. I would recommend her to anyone.
I meant to give her a 10. She is wonderful and after one session I felt better :)
I have not seen Elizabeth in person yet but i am looking forward to my session. So far she has reached out many times to check in on me and she has sent me links and assignments to better help me understand myself. really looking forward to my face to face session
Elizabeth is great at what she does. She keeps me informed and is always giving me advice on how to help myself improve. She always has great ideas to share and I feel very comfortable sharing my thoughts with her.
Miss Elizabeth has been a top notch and excellent therapist thus far. When I'm having an anxiety attack, I can always message her and in a very good time span, she responds and helps walk me through what may have triggered my anxiety and how to rationalize it. She checks in on me on a regular basis and is always an ear to my hobbies.
