About me
As your therapist, I offer a chance to reflect on the challenges you are experiencing in a safe and confidential environment, with someone from outside your day-to-day life. Together we can explore your situation in a way that leads to fresh perspectives that empower you to find new and meaningful ways forward.
I specialise in working with adults age 30 and older with ADHD. Whether you're newly diagnosed or awaiting assesment, together we can work towards gaining insight and understanding of ADHD and its effect on you and empowering you in ways to effectively manage your symptoms.
Alternatively, you may only suspect you have ADHD. Together, we can explore your symptoms and if assessment is right for you.
Please note - I am not qualified to assess, diagnose or prescribe medication. I do have training in these areas though and able to support you as you navigate those processes.
I also have specialty experience working with bereavement and grief, especially where the grief might be considered complex. If you have experienced multiple losses within a short space of time, whether as a result of losing a loved one, or through another type of loss (loss of job, home, income, etc.) or despite the passage of time, the feelings of grief are long lasting and creating difficulty with moving forward in life, bereavement/grief counselling can provide the space to explore what has happened, reconstruct meaning in your life and find ways to integrate the experience of grief.
I have further experience on a range of other therapeutic issues. Please check my profile for guidance on what other matters I work with.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Elle Hull. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Better help has been a great support tool. With the introductory price it is very reasonable but quite expensive when it ends. Having said that, Elle has been fantastic. Really helped me tap into my issues and enlighten me on how all my behaviours and feelings are linked and provided me with lots of useful practical tools and suggestions. Therefore I think when you're getting so much from therapy it really is worth the money. The convenience of phone calls and video chats over in person therapy has also been a major positive. I highly recommend Better help and Elle is the main reason for this!

I started seeing Elle a year ago after being diagnosed with ADHD. At the time, I felt completely overwhelmed by even the simplest tasks and sought therapy in the hope of learning how to better manage my day to day life. However, my time with Elle has given me so much more than I ever anticipated.
Over the past year, Elle has helped me challenge negative thoughts, address perfectionism, and manage cognitive distortion, transforming not only the way I see myself but also how I engage with the people around me. I’ve become significantly better at regulating my emotions, and my confidence and self-esteem have grown in ways I didn’t think possible.
Because of Elle’s support, I feel more resilient and capable of navigating life’s challenges. I now have the tools to live a richer, more fulfilling life rather than simply living in survival mode.
I’m deeply grateful for everything Elle has done for me.

Elle has helped me climb out of the black hole I had fallen in to. I've tried many times to get out of it with varying degrees of success, but this time, with Elle, I've finally achieved it
