Hello there, I'm Elle and a licensed therapist in California. Thank you for stopping by my profile page to learn more about me.

My clients describe me as comfortable to talk with, compassionate, and supportive. One of the most important aspects of therapy for me is building trust and connection with you while providing a safe space to help you explore, process, and heal.

One of the go-to approaches is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a proven evidence-based treatment effective at changing harmful thinking patterns and behaviors in a limited number of sessions. I also utilize additional evidence-based treatments (ACT and DBT) and tailor them to your specific challenges to help you improve and achieve the goals you have for therapy.

As your therapist, I’ll develop a practical and structured treatment plan for you to learn tools and strategies that work for you. We will always work collaboratively and everything we do in therapy is discussed and agreed upon. My goal is to help you graduate from therapy feeling confident and with effective strategies to manage your mental health successfully on your own.

I specialize in symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), social anxiety disorder, and major depressive disorder.

GAD: You worry and overthink about many things and tend to think about worst case scenarios happening to you. One worry can lead to negative thoughts spiraling out of control. You have difficulty controlling the worry and stopping the worrisome thoughts from interfering with your life. You feel on edge, fatigue, irritable, trouble concentrating and sleeping.

Social anxiety: You have fears about saying something stupid or embarrassing and deeply worry others are judging you. You worry they think you’re weird, unlikable, or crazy. You either avoid socializing or feel intense anxiety in social situations and it interferes with your job, relationship, and talking to people.

Major Depressive Disorder: You feel sad, empty, worthless, and tired most of the day, nearly every day. You’ve lost interest to do anything, feel unmotivated, and have persistent negative thoughts. You have trouble concentrating, sleeping, and struggle with indecisiveness.

I've gone through a few different counselors before getting connected with Elle. I've been working with her for a few months now and she's by far the most understanding, validating, and helpful counselor I've had the pleasure of working with. She's super kind and asks questions to try and get a better understanding of who you are. My weekly sessions with Elle have made such a huge impact on how I process my thoughts and perceive certain situations and have helped me as I work on my growth and navigate through life. Elle is a wonderful counselor! I feel very comfortable speaking with her about what is going on in my daily life and looking forward to our weekly session. She is very helpful in breaking down cognitive distortions, negative thinking and issues with confidence. Elle is very positive and encouraging and I would recommend her to anyone!

Elle has been incredible. I had never been to therapy before and when I started working with her she was incredibly accomodating and supportive during the transition phase. Over the last few months, I have noticed a huge change in the way I think, process, and understand myself. Elle is not only a great, compassionate listener, but has given me tools and skills that I have started to implement into my life outside of session. I can honestly say that I’m seeing changes in myself that I wouldn’t have otherwise if it wasn’t for her guidance. I would definitely recommend her!
