About me

Ellen Curran is a licensed independent clinical social worker who received her masters in clinical social work from Boston University School of Social Work in 2000. She works collaboratively with families, and adults in an empathetic, client centered hopeful environment. She respects the client’s strengths, making her clients aware of them so that they can utilize these strengths to improve their relationships, find self- acceptance and reach their goals.

Offering a calm accepting haven, Ellen utilizes CBT and mindfulness techniques to work with clients to improve self esteem for those who battle with ADHD, PTSD, OCD, anxiety/depression, anger and relationship issues that often appear during life stage changes.

When not working with her clients, Ellen enjoys travel, biking and working with local environmental groups.
Ellen meets with her clients on Tuesdays in the morning and late afternoon. Presently there are openings at 8:00 am, and 7:00 and 8:00 pm until they are filled.
