With just 4 sessions of working with Ellen I have benefitted a lot. I like that we could come up with small exercises with tangible results. She understood my situations very well and was very encouraging.
I have worked with Ellen for about two months and on a weekly basis we would go through and discuss various issues that I’ve struggled with. Ellen would dissect the information and offer supportive advice and helpful exercises to practice and I feel much better than when I first started seeking counsel.
Ellen is great! She is very comforting without being patronizing. I've only had one session so far but it helped me immensely.
Ellen has been great so far!
Ellen has truly helped me in many ways, in a surprising short period of time.
