I am an LCPC, which is a licensed clinical professional counselor that practices in Maryland. I have been working with people in a therapeutic setting for 14 years while working with many others in a coaching capacity for over 35 years. My life purpose is to help others become their best selves. We all go through ups and downs as we journey on this earth together. My commitment is that I will hold a light for you while you are experiencing darkness, as well as, a safe space for you until you can get here on your own. I will meet you where you are and help you to discover your natural intuitive abilities while working with you to develop skills to help you cope with life's challenges.
My style is genuine, direct, warm and encouraging. My approach is eclectic as we come up with a treatment plan to meet your unique needs. My background and experience in employing counseling theories includes cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, short-term brief, rational-emotive, psycho dynamic, gestalt, mindfulness, spirituality, and existentialism.
