Emily has been a pleasure to work with in this time of need for me. While I am not at my worst, I am at a point where I know help can get me to a better place. She has been supportive and I leave our session with tangible items to work toward/complete--which has really helped me. She also did a great job of providing quick suggestions to help me out at my lowest point before our first session and when needed between sessions. Thankful here!
