About me
I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in the states of New Hampshire and Massachusetts and have over 7 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I received my Master’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2013. I have worked with clients with a wide range of presenting issues and concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, life transition and adjustment issues, grief/loss, self-esteem, communication, and parenting problems. I work primarily with individuals from adolescence through adulthood.
I enjoy helping people work through life’s challenges to improve their overall well-being, sense of self, and quality of life. My therapy style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative to help individuals identify their needs as well as personal goals they would like to work towards, and empower help them by bringing out their inner-strengths to achieve these goals. My approach includes a combination of psychodynamic, person-centered, cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, and solution-focused therapies.
I understand the strength and courage it takes to explore personal issues and work towards making positive change in your life, and I am here to support you through this process. I look forward to working with you!
