Deciding to seek out therapy requires courage and strength! A connection with our true selves is at the root of all healing, and I employ the following techniques which help you tap into your greatest potential: mindfulness meditation, yoga, writing and nature based therapy. I also employ traditional interventions. My area of interest is supporting women through transitions or healing from trauma.
