I have extensive experience in the mental health/medical setting, and I feel that I have many skills and resources that would make me a good fit to be your therapist.
I am trained in Motivational Interviewing, Mental Health First Aid, and Trauma Informed Care. I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress, anxiety, work challenges, relationships, low self-esteem. sleep, medical conditions, grief, life transitions, coping with addictions, trauma, & many other issues that we have to deal with in our daily lives.
