About me
A little about me...
As a therapist, I provide a compassionate and collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, develop insight, and build meaningful change. I have experience working with individuals from childhood through mid-adulthood, supporting clients through a range of life stages and transitions.
My clinical focus includes helping people navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, confidence concerns, and life adjustments. Whether you’re working through a major change or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to meet your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable, focusing on practical tools for coping while also deepening understanding of the patterns that shape your experiences.
I believe therapy is a place to feel heard, understood, and supported—and also a place to grow.
