About Me

Often in our working and personal lives we make the mistake of thinking that the longer we tough it out, the tougher we are, and the harder we work, the more successful we will be. But what about developing wellness solutions that strengthen our ability to be resilient when faced with challenges?

Through personalized private mental health support I guide clients to unlock unique strengths that lead developing a fulfilling and meaningful life of purpose. My specialties include but are not limited to: ADD/ ADHD, anxiety, career, compassion fatigue, caregiver Issues, women's health and issues, college students, life transitions, stress and depression.

I have been counseling and mentoring clients throughout my 10+ year career within mental health and social services communities in New York City, United States as a whole and internationally. I am a compassionate and dedicated licensed mental health counselor with comprehensive experience in mental health treatment, supervision and coaching in various mental health settings and non-profits.

My approach is empathetic, eclectic, integrative, person-centered, holistic, and multicultural. We start with where you are and move on to customize services in a collaborative manner while considering your unique personal and cultural identities and lifestyle choices that shape your life, career, relationships and experience. My hope is to help you tap into your strength's, resilience and ability to overcome challenges and setbacks to create a life of meaning and purpose.

When life throws an unexpected curveball, resilience allows us to forge ahead as challenges provide lessons that are meant for us to pursue growth instead of giving up.
