My therapy style is warm, personalised and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and I also believe in treating everyone as the individual you are!
My theoretical approach is Integrative and primarily humanistic, combining Person-centered, Psychodynamic, Existential and Solution-Focused styles with a strong Conversational style. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

Very knowledgeable and understanding

Written on Jun 04, 2026 after therapy with Emma for 2 years and 4 months on issues concerning stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, grief, and self esteem

Emma instantly felt easy to talk to, she never rushes me and is patient when I can't quite find the words. She helps me to see things from different points of view while always validating my feelings. Emma's style is warm and compassionate, I feel truly understood by her and so grateful as I would never have worked through all of this on my own.

She has a way of asking the right questions that make everything click. No fluff, no overanalyzing. just calm, thoughtful guidance that actually helps you get to the root of things. I always leave sessions with more clarity and a sense of direction. She gets it, and she helps you get it too. I feel grateful to cross paths with her.

I felt listened to. Very empathetic. It was more like a casual conversation. I could be at ease and felt free to share
