Emma has been absolutely amazing. I felt comfortable and connected with Emma instantly. She has been a massive source of support throughout this journey. Emma genuinely cares and you can feel it when you're speaking to her. She adapts the sessions to what I need each time. We can look at specific tools or sometimes I just vent for the whole session. Emma is absolutely wonderful and I am so glad I found such a knowledgeable and caring counsellor.
