About me

No matter what you're going through right now, I believe your life and your relationships have the potential of getting so much better - and relatively soon. I know that sometimes it takes courage to take that first step in seeking help, and I congratulate you for being here!

I believe that my primary job is to help you find clarity about the life you want, and to work with you to discover the right tools that work best to get you there. Most importantly, I want to help you realize that it's all possible. After working in this field for over 25 years, and spending my life gathering the most powerful, life-changing tools available, it never ceases to amaze me how quickly and efficiently we are able to turn our lives and our relationships around once we know how, and once we have the support we need.

I earned an M.Ed. in Counseling and Educational Psychology in 1995, and I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Nevada and Utah. I’m certified in many therapeutic modalities, and while I use most of them in my sessions, I like to focus on methods that have proven to be the most efficient and life-changing, such as CBT, EMDR, Creating Deliberate Intentions, Developing & Practicing New Habits of Thinking & Behaving, Interactive Guided Meditation, Narrative Therapy, Solutions-focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology.

Please know that the very most important gift you can give yourself and to those you love is your own happiness! My work will be to support you in transforming your life and your relationships into what you see as your highest and best good.

I would consider it an honor and a privilege to work with you in finding the peace and happiness that you and your loved ones deserve.
