About me

Hello! I am a board certified, licensed professional counselor in the State of Tennessee with 5+ years of experience as a mental health professional. I would be honored to meet you where you are in your mental health journey and help you uncover your capacity for healing, growth, and self-compassion.

My clients are often wrestling with the impact of challenging and sometimes overwhelming experiences. The impact of these experiences can manifest as acute stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflict, low self-esteem and more.

My role is to help you navigate the impact of these experiences in a way that honors your unique identity and values. Many of my clients identify as Queer (LGBTQIA+); racial/ethnic minorities (Black, Brown, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian, Middle Eastern, Biracial/mixed race, People of Color); and/or Neurodivergent (ADHD/ASD).

Thank you for considering me as an ally along your path to healing.
