About Me

My name is Eri Linay Conklin. I have been a licensed counselor since 2007. I grew up between the U.S. and the Caribbean. I integrate an “island life” perspective into a holistic approach where we can take our time to relax into the therapeutic process. I integrate lifestyle interventions and evidenced-based practices to embody inner-peace and to address life’s challenges for improved well-being and quality of life.

Erin is a wonderful therapist. She is kind, patient, and a deep listener, while not being afraid to push back and challenge thinking when it’s not helpful. She also has a good sense of humor, which makes therapy a lot more accessible for me. She focuses a lot on mindfulness, and I’ve definitely noticed differences in my life because of it. I highly recommend her calm and grounded counseling!
