My name is Eric and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Connecticut. I graduated from graduate school from Central Connecticut State University in 2013. I've been practicing in the field for about 7 years. I've worked in outpatient clinics with kids and adults, psychiatric group homes for both teenage boys and teenage girls, and I currently manage a clinical Intimate Partner Violence Program.
I'm a very relational therapist. I believe that building strong rapport with my clients is most important. Therapy interventions aren't effective unless the therapist and client have a trusting and respectful relationship. I believe in unconditional empathy and taking a non-judgemental, strength based approach in my work with clients.

Eric is patient and understanding. His affirmation helps build positivity and confidence, and makes it very comfortable to confide.
Eric has been extremely helpful and flexible! He is willing to give me room to choose my direction in therapy if I want but is also willing to step in and give me recommendations and resources when I need that kind of support.
So far Eric is fantastic.
