Eric Taveras, LPC
About me
My journey has taught me that growth is always possible. After being denied entry into a psychology program in 1995, I returned decades later and completed my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health. I believe in resilience because I’ve lived it. As a parent and grandparent, I know what it means to face real‑life challenges and keep moving forward. I’m here to walk beside you, to understand you, and to help you reach a safer, more grounded place. You don’t have to do this alone
