Erica has been offering counselling to me for the past 6 months. My problems of anger management have improved significantly and having someone listen to my week to week struggles and offer advice and support has helped me through these difficult times. Erica conducts the sessions in an insightful way, though I may feel like I'm rambling or talking forever, she concisely pin points the triggers and issues and offers her insights for resolving and managing problems.
She listens to concerns and allows me to work through things. She also offers valuable insight and provides much-needed perspectives. She helps me through the tougher parts of therapy which sometimes have me stuck by working with me to process the more difficult parts. Through her assistance, I have been able to achieve valuable perspective and worked through some things I did not even realise shaped some of my situations and issues.
Erica is amazing. I know she listens so well to everything I say. I always feel like sessions with Erica are valuable.
This is a very positive and helpful place. Recommend this to all who need to talk or look for some advice.
Erica is such an insightful and direct human, she has been so helpful for me as I’ve been struggles with of being a step parent and has also helped me address my feelings around self worth. I would recommend her to anyone seeking someone who can give you a different perspective on your situation in a way that is very approachable. She is so resourceful and respectful, what a fantastic counselor!
Working with Erica for the past two sessions have been very helpful. Having someone to talk to about feelings that have derailed me is a great support especially for someone like me who doesn’t usually ask for help. It is early in the process but so far so good.
Appreciate Erica’s expertise and patience with my first experience in counseling. It’s hard for me to openly speak about private family matters but she is helping me re-establish speaking my truth and the freedom that comes with it. Thank you Erica
Erica has been a great help to me. I have struggled a great deal in the past connecting with therapists and felt that it was unlikely I would find affordable counselling with anyone I connected with. Erica has gone above and beyond to support me. She has made herself extremely available to me and in the short time she has been supporting me I feel as though there is already a change in me. These sessions haven't necessarily been easy, but she has made that okay.
Without a doubt I would recommend Erica Anderson to anyone I know.
