Erica is fantastic, understanding and kind. She has really helped me understand so much more about myself and why I do things. I truly feel a lot more hopeful about working through the things I need to with Erica’s support. Honestly highly recommend she’s the best

Working with Erica is really great. She’s like having a caring non-judgement friend who wants to see you grow and thrive even when it’s hard to do. I always feel like her goal is for me to tackle all the mental barriers I have so I can live my best life. There’s no topic that she’s not willing to go with you to the depths on and spiritually holds space for you to feel all your feelings so you can feel it all and let it go when it’s time. I feel like I’ve known her for years even though I’ve just been working with her for a few months. Grateful for Erica’s approach to counseling and life, which is to never deny how you feel and to learn the tools to navigate all of life’s ups and downs.

This counseling experience on better help with Erica has truly helped me help myself. I am so thankful that I reached out for help during this pandemic. Erica is so comforting and kind that it is extremely easy to open up to her. She helped me gain perspective on my life and Helped me build up my own mental toolbox that I can access anytime. I went into this counseling experience feeling like I was a complete mess with a total loss of direction, I am leaving this experience feeling confident and assured that I can create my own happiness in life.

Though I’ve only met with Erica once, I feel very comfortable sharing myself with her. She’s attentive and helps me concisely sum up in a few words what I spend a few minutes explaining. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Erica!

Erica has been super helpful in letting me vent, leading me to think about my situations with less anger, and in crafting real life ways to address problematic situations. I feel like I can relate with her and she “gets it.” I appreciate her insights so much!

Erica is very understanding of everything I present to her. She is honest and gives real advice based on her professional knowledge and personal experience. I like that I feel as comfortable talking to her as I would with a friend, but that I get a professional response that really helps me work toward my goals.

Erica is an amazing counselor. I have little experience as this was my first time reaching out for counseling but it’s been very easy with her open approach to counseling. Somehow it’s almost like I’m working through things with a friend. I highly recommend Erica!

Work with me!
