Hi, I know it must be difficult for you during this time. I admire your courage to take the step to help you on your journey. I am a Licensed Social Worker in the state of New York. I have over 20 plus years of experience in the mental health field at Columbia Psychiatry in research, inpatient and outpatient settings. I currently work with forensic clients and in an outpatient clinic doing individual, couples and family therapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, couples /family conflicts and trauma abuse. I also helped many people who have symptoms of borderline personality disorder.
My counseling style is non-judgmental with an emphasis on person centered , holistic with evidenced-based practices. I believe that we are all born complete, but feelings, events and experiences make us feel incomplete. I enjoy what I do. I look forward to traveling with you on your journey !
