Dr. Erica Holmes

About Me

I am a licensed professional therapist with a Doctorate degree in Community Care and Counseling: Marriage and Family. As such, I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples heal from past or current hurts, learn new coping skills, and experience a greater quality of mental health & relationships with others.

My theoretical approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and mindfulness counseling. I specialize in relationship counseling, ministry-related stressors, depression, anxiety, & other mental health disorders. Whether you struggle with day-to-day interactions and tasks, major life transitions, communication problems, issues with conflict resolution or trust, counseling as a form of soul care can help you find peace, joy, and healing.

My therapeutic style is collaborative and interactive. This means that our dialog will be open, honest, respectful, and considerate of your unique circumstances. Additionally, your treatment plan will be tailored to your individual needs. If you are ready to partner with someone who will help you achieve your goals, you are in the right place.

I look forward to speaking with you!

Dr. Holmes has been great so far. She’s very calming, listens thoroughly, and helps guide me through what I’m discussing with her.

Dr. Holmes listens with an open heart, hears me, and offers thoughtful guidance. I have felt so much more stable even on my worst days because I can send her a message even when I don't have an appointment and she will ask all the right questions that get me to sort through what I'm really feeling.
