About Me

Are you struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions? Are you questioning your purpose, career, relationships? Are you searching for balance? Is work or family obligations stressing you? Are there triggers causing you discomfort and doubt? Are you feeling disorganized, and your criticizing thoughts are getting in your way? Do you judge yourself, have a negative body self-image, suffer from low self-esteem, feel inadequate, and worry constantly? Are you a high achiever? Has your trauma been suppressed? Have you held onto a dysfunctional narrative of who you are? Are you making yourself small to please others? Are you living the life you want? Do you ask yourself: Who am I? How do I show up? What do I need? What do I want?

Self-discovery is a powerful means to uncovering your full potential. The relationship starts with yourself. Are ready to live in the present, the life you want, and create your own narrative. An authentic life full of joy and wellness. What would your life be if you committed to yourself, all of yourself? Do you wonder what it would be like? We move through seasons of life and there is hope. End your silence and reclaim your voice. Creating the best version of yourself requires work. Life struggles and setbacks are natural encounters and it is how you respond that defines your power. You are worth it! The healing journey is defined by you creating a life you want to live as I work as an aid, the vessel to help you clear the thoughts, behaviors, and experiences that are holding you back.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adults who have a strong desire and willingness to heal and discover what is holding them back. I embrace various therapeutic modalities while utilizing a variety of healing techniques. Therapeutic sessions are held in a safe space for you to express and focus on your whole person; mind, body, and soul. In a sensitive direct way, I will nudge you to find the courage to take charge of your life. I want you to show up as you are by removing the personas that have kept you from reaching your full potential and teaching you how to hold yourself accountable. If you are feeling the nudge, reach out and let us discuss your needs and if we are a therapeutic match.

I manage my own schedule and work Wednesdays-Fridays between the hours of 8am-6pm. Please connect via messaging to schedule sessions based on the schedule below. Érica is a great therapist. She has the patients and knowledge to deal with the different problems I need to deal with. She cares about her clients and wants to see them succeed. She makes you feel comfortable enough to be yourself. Thank you Erica !

Erica is wonderful — a great listener and partner in figuring out the right techniques and strategies to approach any situation.

Erica is the most caring and insightful therapist, I ever had the good fortune of working with. She is a patient listener but also challenges you in all the right ways. I have struggled with mild depression/anxiety since my teens and have never quite enjoyed working with any therapist, until Erica. I almost gave up on therapy, considering it ineffective. Working with Erica has been revealing layers within me that I wasn’t aware of. It has been a most profound and helpful journey and is helping me untangle the knots one by one. I can’t imagine a better therapist than her.

I love Erica Mitchell therapeutic style. She is definitely a therapist who genuinely cares, she listens, gives advice & perspectives that are very informative & helpful. I especially love that she helps me with journal prompts that she thinks will be help me become more in tune with myself. If you want a therapist that invests their time & challenges you (in the best way) to become a better version of yourself Erica is amazing!

I’ve only had two sessions with Erica so far but she messages me frequently with things to think about and to help me throughout my week and she’s amazing. She asks all the right questions and makes me feel comfortable whenever I’m in the session and allows me to speak about whatever I need. I look forward to continuing to work with her and bettering myself.

Work with me!
