As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adults who have a strong desire and willingness to heal and discover what is holding them back. I embrace various therapeutic modalities while utilizing a variety of healing techniques. Therapeutic sessions are held in a safe space for you to express and focus on your whole person; mind, body, and soul. In a sensitive direct way, I will nudge you to find the courage to take charge of your life. I want you to show up as you are by removing the personas that have kept you from reaching your full potential and teaching you how to hold yourself accountable. I manage my own schedule and work Wednesdays-Fridays between the hours of 8am-6pm. Please connect via messaging to schedule sessions based on the schedule below. My first introductory message will include available days and times. I offer a variety of video and phone sessions as some clients prefer video, while others prefer phone. At times, I do open various slots due to cancellations and/or vacations of clients, and you are more than welcome to schedule yourself. My availability includes the following times and days for 45 minute sessions listed below. *8am-6pm Wednesdays-Fridays for Video and Phone Sessions Only. I do not offer Live Chat sessions. At times I change my schedule to accommodate time off and holidays.

Erica is the most caring and insightful therapist, I ever had the good fortune of working with. She is a patient listener but also challenges you in all the right ways. I have struggled with mild depression/anxiety since my teens and have never quite enjoyed working with any therapist, until Erica. I almost gave up on therapy, considering it ineffective. Working with Erica has been revealing layers within me that I wasn’t aware of. It has been a most profound and helpful journey and is helping me untangle the knots one by one. I can’t imagine a better therapist than her.

I love Erica Mitchell therapeutic style. She is definitely a therapist who genuinely cares, she listens, gives advice & perspectives that are very informative & helpful. I especially love that she helps me with journal prompts that she thinks will be help me become more in tune with myself. I’ve only had two sessions with Erica so far but she messages me frequently with things to think about and to help me throughout my week and she’s amazing. She asks all the right questions and makes me feel comfortable whenever I’m in the session and allows me to speak about whatever I need.
