Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Ericka Freeman. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I knew I wanted/needed therapy, but I didn't know where to start...I kept hearing advertisements for betterhelp.com and decided to try it out. Ericka Freeman was the first therapist assigned to me and there was no need to look any further. She has so much experience and expertise. Ericka makes conversation and sharing so natural, it doesn't feel like "therapy," rather, it's like catching up with a good friend that always has a listening ear. She questions me and makes me think about why I do the things I do. She's helped redirect my thinking into healthier, more positive thoughts, given me tools to identify my triggers and motivations, and ways to adapt in situations that come up unexpectedly that would normally put me in a tailspin. I've been working with Ericka for almost a year and my family and friends say they can see a great deal of positive change in me. If you are looking for a therapist, Ericka Freeman is definitely someone I would recommend!!!
