I have over 10 years of experience working with families and clients of all ages, although I specialize in working with adults. My purpose is to help others identify the root cause of their problems and utilize evidenced based practices to identify and work through emotional blocks holding them back from feeling good and achieving their goals. I enjoy engaging clients in conversations and sharing strategies that help others create a productive lifestyle, make responsible choices and identify fulfilling relationships. My approach combines Client-Centered therapy as well as Solution- Focused therapy concepts.
