I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor; I have a Master of Arts in Counseling & Psychotherapy from Adler Graduate School.
I provide personalized counseling and career coaching to help you discover your strengths, pursue your goals, increase life satisfaction, and make positive changes in your work, life and relationships.
I have worked with a variety of different issues everything from the stress and strain of daily life to significant traumatic events can impair the quality of our lives. Some issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Child and Adolescent Issues, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Life Transitions, Career Changes and Marital/Relational problems.

I work to create a partnership with the client to facilitate the development of goals, healthy boundaries, and empowerment of the client for change. Directly communicating client strengths and modeling new behavior offers the client the opportunity to achieve milestones leading to increased self-esteem and more satisfying relationships. I believe that understanding one's challenges and roadblocks open the door to new attitudes as well as interest in changing our behaviors.
