Erika Sledge
About me
Hello! My name is Erika and I am Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I have been practicing as a counselor for more almost 8 years with adults in both individual and family/relationship settings. Reaching out for help can be difficult at times and I am here to help you process and overcome daily life stressors. Often times, these stressors can have the ability to overcome one’s ability to function and complete daily tasks. I also educate my clients on the symptoms and behaviors associated with certain diagnoses. I feel that educating my clients about their diagnosis is an important aspect of the counseling process. My clinical interests include depression, anxiety, relationships, coping skills, anger management, and women’s issues. My counseling orientation is Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Motivational Interviewing. I look froward to working with you!
