About Me

One of the most important aspects of therapy is the trusting relationship built between therapist and client. I offer a non-judgmental, safe space where you can unapologetically be yourself. My expertise is in treating trauma, specifically family and intimate partner abuse, resolving anxiety and self doubt which often arise from life transitions, and exploring the role of substances in one’s life. I have a broad range of knowledge, which will help me in supporting you through your life’s challenges.

My approach combines insight-oriented talk therapy with mind-body focused interventions such as mindfulness, meditation, and somatic components. We will practice skills to help you foster resilience and to overcome adversity by learning to connect to and express your authentic self. I look forward to the privilege of working with you!
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us.” -Marianne Williamson
