About Me

Life challenges can be daunting and difficult to overcome. I offer a counseling experience that feels empowering, safe, comfortable, and completely judgment-free. A journey to establish therapeutic relationships and foster healing begins with the willingness to seek out assistance. My goal as a Licensed Professional Counselor is to not only provide a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for my clients but to explore the areas that are causing a disruption. The core focus is on working towards effectively managing those issues outside of the therapy environment and nurturing individuals, couples, and families who are courageously seeking guidance. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and reality counseling. I will tailor our communication and treatment plan based on your specific needs.

I have experience in treating a wide range of concerns. My specialties include depression, anxiety, stress, complex trauma, sexual assault/abuse, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I have a great deal of experience in working with the military, veterans, and first responders.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life. I commend you for taking the first steps towards a change in your life. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support you.

I look forward to working with you!

Even thought Erin tells you her office hours, she still seems to responds several times outside of them. I love that I can vent and she gives me amazing resources. She even checks up on me.

I like how productive she wants me to be and believes I can be. She listens well and checks in often enough to where I knows she’s there, but gives me enough space to feel independent with my decisions. She pushes me to be better without overstepping her bounds and I’m very happy with her so far :)
