Therapy has the potential to increase your personal insight, healthier relationships and greater peace of mind. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling, happier life & take steps towards change. My approach involves partnering with you to make a plan best suited for your needs and wants. We will work together to develop a plan to meet your needs and fit into your life. I like to incorporate a lot of mindfulness, self care and relaxation. I believe my role as a therapist is to provide guidance and feedback. I prefer to work with you on your strengths and your wants, this is your therapy and you can choose how you want it to be!

LCSW #10229 (Expires: 2019-04-30)
Very open and flexible. I suggested daily goals and daily analysis of those goals and she accepts and planned the daily sessions.
Erin has been my counselor for two weeks now. In that time she's 100% helped me out of the times I have felt the worst and she's the first person I message as soon as I feel like I'm having an issues. No question, 100% recommend her. She's seriously helping me and she could 100% be helping you too.
Erin has been helpful and helped me take baby steps week by week to sort through some of the bigger areas of my personal growth that I have wanted to find clarity on.
