Therapy has the potential to increase your personal insight, healthier relationships and greater peace of mind. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling, happier life & take steps towards change. My approach involves partnering with you to make a plan best suited for your needs and wants. We will work together to develop a plan to meet your needs and fit into your life. I like to incorporate a lot of mindfulness, self care and relaxation. I believe my role as a therapist is to provide guidance and feedback. I prefer to work with you on your strengths and your wants, this is your therapy and you can choose how you want it to be!

I have worked with Erin for about a year and what I have liked most about her is that you don’t feel a disconnect from her as a person. For trauma recovery this builds a lot of trust and we were able to do some great work in our sessions.
Erin supports me every step of the way. I strongly recommend!
Erin is a very compassionate person. I feel she really listens and is concerned about my problems. She is also very professional. I trust her expertise a lot.
Erin is really helpful, kind, patient person. I feel I can talk to her comfortably without feeling judged.
Erin has been absolutely amazing, am not too sure what I would have done without her. She has helped me work through things that have negatively impacted my life for years. She is supportive, helpful, compassionate, open-minded and I would highly recommend her.
Erin has been a huge help to me in a very tough time. She is kind and patient, and takes the time to really get to know you. I have the feeling she genuinely wants to help her clients, and her compassion has been a huge comfort to me.
Erin is an amazing counselor! She is prompt, considerate and supportive.
She has been so helpful with me learning about my ADD especially because I am not in a situation where I can get in-person counseling.
Very open and flexible. I suggested daily goals and daily analysis of those goals and she accepts and planned the daily sessions.
Erin has been helpful and helped me take baby steps week by week to sort through some of the bigger areas of my personal growth that I have wanted to find clarity on.
