I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State with over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. My approach to counseling is open minded, affirming and nonjudgmental. Change is hard. We often have to break down our defenses to get to the big breakthroughs, and these transformations work best when we feel supported. I have extensive knowledge in the many factors that define who we are and how we relate to the world. My approach combines client centered, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic and humanistic counseling. I am skilled in creating a safe space for us to explore your unique and specific needs together.
