Hello! Congratulations, for courageously taking your first step towards improving your mental health.

My name is Erin Moles. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri with 7 years of experience. I work with individuals and couples who are struggling with but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, life changes, and relationship/marital issues.

My belief is that therapy is for everyone as none of us go through life unaffected by its many complexities. I provide my clients with a warm, non-judgmental environment. I strive to create a safe and secure therapeutic relationship. I see every client as a unique individual to be treated with respect, an open mind, and acceptance.

Therapy can help you deal with your thoughts, behaviors, stresses, goals, and experiences. It allows us to release emotions, to be heard, understood, and supported.

Erin listens and has a great set of tools and analogies to help take another look at what's going on in my life and how I deal with it. Like most things, you get out what you put in and I've noticed slow progress when I'm holding back and revelations when I'm completely open with what I'm experiencing.

I’ve only had a few sessions with Erin so far, but I have nothing but good things to say. I’ve truly been amazed by this process and how much it has helped me. I am a young adult juggling many obstacles, Erin has given me the opportunity to open up and really explore my feelings and emotions. She knows all the right questions to ask and even messages me just to see how the rest of my week is going. She’s been all around amazing and I look forward to the many more sessions we will have. I’ve already learned so much about myself and know this is only the beginning.

Erin is great. She is extremely friendly and so easy to talk to! The first day I met her I felt so comfortable and have had no problems speaking with her.
Erin is very knowledgeable in her field and is superb at asking the right questions. Ive only had 2 or 3 sessions with her so far, but I always leave feeling relieved and like we've made some great progress! Highly recommend Erin to anybody!
