Welcome and congratulations. You have taken the first step in your journey toward healing and self-discovery. You have taken action for yourself to continue to be your best self. Your bravery is my continued hope.
I am a Mental Health Clinician dually licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island with 9+ years of clinical experience. I have provided therapeutic services in a multitude of settings: Outpatient, Inpatient, Residential, and Criminal Justice settings. I have experience working with individuals faced with some of the following challenges: anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship concerns, life transitions, challenging family systems, physical and emotional trauma, and grief and loss. As a helping professional and yoga teacher, I draw from my clinical experiences, my education, and life coach training.
The precious gift of therapy is an investment in yourself - it is a commitment of time offering learning, empowerment, and skill acquisition. I will create a space absent of judgment to allow you to speak freely. The space may at times feel uncomfortable or challenging, but the opposing feelings often represent hard work and growth on your behalf.
I offer several traditional and non-traditional modalities of healing and wellness. Together we will work to identify how your feelings and thought processes resonate in your physical body. Our work together might also include the use of Emotional Freedom techniques, muscle testing, and somatic yogic movement, due to the deep connection between the mind and our body. Movement creates confidence and fosters action leading to change. Therapy is the reconnection of your mind and body.
We will focus on your strengths, and I will continue to remind you to be gentle with yourself and know that you are always loved by someone. Congratulations again on taking this important and necessary step making lasting changes in your life. Welcome to your journey of personal growth.
I look forward to working with you.

Erin has really taught me that n out every problem is about jumping for concrete solutions and making things a project. Her patience and gentle guidance has allowed me to learn and say things for myself.
She has been nothing but excellent and wonderful these past weeks while helping me get through stressful times. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to talk and get things off their chest. Great listener and she’s very understanding. 5 stars!
I love working with Erin! She’s so calming, she’s very encouraging and she makes me look forward to talking to her about my day/week. And her knowledge of yoga is an awesome added plus!
Erin has been the unbiased listener I have needed. She has been insightful, patient and straight-forward (in a kind way).
Erin has been great so far. I feel like she has been able to help me in ways I was not able to look at things before. I am a worrier, and she gets be to take a breath and step back and take on what is in front of me. It has only been a short amount of time working together, looking forward to her continued encouragement.
Erin is incredibly supportive and understanding. She helps me calm down and look more positively on my issues. It's so helpful to have someone who is objective look into my problems and provide support and guidance. I would recommend her to anyone!
