About me

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with my Master's degree in Social Work. I have been working in the counseling field for over 10 years in a variety of settings, providing group therapy and individual counseling including specialized treatment for trauma and bipolar disorder. I have experience working with people with a wide range of diagnoses - depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and personality disorders. Most of my therapy experience has involved utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Interpersonal Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT).

I believe that we are our own best resources in overcoming life stresses and emotional difficulties. Understanding yourself, situations that trigger strong emotions and how you respond is the key in building effective coping strategies so that you can be your best self. I look forward to helping you to achieve stability in your life!
