Erin Wilson

About Me

I have been providing therapy as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 8 years and have experience working with individuals of all ages. I have worked with clients with a wide-range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjustments to major life changes, PTSD/trauma, co-occurring addiction and recovery concerns, to name a few.

Making the decision to contact a therapist can be scary and my goal is to make the process as welcoming as possible. I am supportive, non-judgmental, and client-centered. My goal is to work with each individual, to build on his or her strengths and to provide new tools and the skills needed to improve an individual's relationships and quality of life.I utilize an eclectic treatment approach, tailoring treatment to fit each client's needs. Some models I use are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Insight-Oriented Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy, Attachment, effective parenting techniques, and mindfulness.

You deserve to be happy and it will be an honor to work with you! It is so exciting that you took the first step towards making positive changes in your life.
