About me

I am licensed in Washington, Montana and Idaho; I have enjoyed helping clients in a clinical setting for 10 years. I enjoy helping clients to improve overall executive function; provide professional coaching to improve productivity within the work environment; assist to create solutions related memory and focus (specific to ADHD or other neurodivergent concerns); and assisting athletes achieve top mental capacity through more sports-related psychology.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life .
