As a therapist my intention is to provide you with the tools and support you need to accomplish your goals. I use an eclectic approach while providing you a safe space to process you concerns in an empathetic therapeutic environment. For eight plus years, I have been working with a diverse clientele, experiencing everyday life, situational stressor, and severe mental health concerns. I enjoy assisting individual who are experiencing anxiety, depression, woman issues, parenting, grief, and trauma. My primary populations are adults, military, LGBTQ+, and individual that are young at heart.
