Eunice Brough
About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and my Master's degree from Houston Baptist University.
My therapeutic goal is to help individuals address areas in their life where there is dissatisfaction. My approach is to come alongside you as you grow and learn more about yourself. I offer a safe space for you to share and process deep thoughts and feelings. Beginning counseling can be a difficult step for many and I am proud of you for getting started. I have experience in working with teens through anxiety, depression, attachment, anger, trauma, and relationship issues. I use a combination of well-researched and evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
