About me
Welcome.
My name is Eustachian, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am a dedicated therapist committed to helping adolescents, adults, and their families navigate life's challenges in a supportive environment.
My approach to therapy is centered on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I can support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, behavioral conflict, stress, grief, life transitions, and other mental health struggles that may arise. I tend to focus on CBT, DBT techniques, and person-centered therapy with mindfulness. These assist clients in building insight, strengthening coping skills, and recognizing their personal strengths.
The first session is usually geared towards getting to know you as a person, before any responsibilities. We will discuss openness to self-exploration and growth to reach those goals we set together. This will be a collaborative approach, so keep an open mind as we navigate through the session together.
