About Me

Hi! My name is Faheda and am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2018. I completed a year long internship with Lutheran Services working with children who have experienced trauma. Upon graduation, I became a full time, in home therapist that provided family therapy to juveniles involved in the justice system, and their caregivers, using the FFT modality. I have experience working with individuals and families that have experienced homelessness, financial difficulties, childhood trauma, substance use, and ongoing mental health concerns.

I worked with Faheda for 4 weeks and there has been so much growth in that time, in terms of confidence, self awareness and a huge reduction in my anxiety. She truly knows how to make people feel comfortable and has an exceptional approach to counselling. I will forever be grateful for her and our sessions. Thank you

I have really enjoyed working with Faheda. The counselling she gives me is good and has helped me see other perspectives but I feel there is some expertise that would benefit me personally which she doesn’t have (which tbh is very particular to my case).
This doesn’t take any merit from her, I am happy to have her as a counsellor. It’s more about being marched with a counsellor that would have this specialist need - which is rare.
