About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the state of Florida with 5 years of experience in providing psychotherapy to a wide variety of clients.

I have a very solution focused approach to therapy, meaning I believe the value of a therapeutic intervention is not always up to interpretation, it can be measured based on tangible goals. Together we will develop treatment goals and a plan for how to achieve those goals.

I also like to incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, (understanding how thoughts motivate behaviors) to help clients anticipate or interpret barriers to their goals for treatment.

Therapy is so much more than a sounding board, it’s a mechanism for positive change.
