Faith has been a really good listener throughout my last 2 months of sessions. She provides helpful feedback and resources throughout the week in between sessions. Faith is a great therapist. As a social worker, I have struggled with finding a therapist that sounded genuine and didn't feel like they were using canned responses from a psychology book. Faith listens and challenges your perspective. She is honest with you and supports you in being honest with yourself. Therapy isn't supposed to be easy! But Faith is a safety net when challenging feelings come up that you need to process.
