My name is Faith, I’m a mental health counselor in the Hawaiian Islands specializing in improving relationships and treating stress, depression, burnout, and trauma. I have over 7 years of experience working in the mental health field and I am here to support you in creating a curated life that you feel passionate about. Through individual, couple, and family work I help my clients achieve their goals and start walking down the road of contentment.
My counseling style is holistic, solution-focused, and mindful. I am an advocate of healthy relationships, nutrition, self-care, gratitude, and growth mindset.
