Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Frances Perkins. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I've worked with a few counselors previously and none of them understood me like Frances has. She's kind, respectful and effective. I've seen results in only a few weeks. She actually listens to me and responds to my questions and concerns. She provides a safe space where I can be honest and I trust her to give me honest feedback. I've been telling all my friends and family about how great she is.

Frances has the same ideas that I do about life. Staying positive and open to learning are two main components of our sessions together. She always responds to my questions and statements with other questions or statements that invoke thought and reflection. With her method of counseling I find that I am learning more about myself and purposefully trying to break old habits in order to replace them with newer, healthier habits. I feel that Frances' approach is tailored specifically to me and my needs.

I am so grateful for the support I have received from Frances Perkins over the last two weeks since signing up to BetterHelp. I wasn't sure what to expect from online counseling but I am impressed. I highly recommend Frances after only this short amount of time.

Frances has been an amazing counselor to work with. She really listens actively and identifies your concerns, and gives you constructive work to do around those issues. She's very responsive and kind, and has a very good way of integrating strategies like mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into her practice. Working with Frances daily has been undoubtedly much more beneficial for me than traditional counseling.
