Francesca Hrezo is a graduate of Indiana University South Bend’s Masters of Education program, and holds licensure for Mental Health Counseling, Addictions Counseling, and national certification for addiction counseling and therapeutic intervention.
Francesca emphasizes an environment of non-judgment that is emotionally supportive, structured and recognizes each client’s unique concerns. Specific modalities used include Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) to work through trauma.
It is my passion and greatest hope that, together, exploring how events in the past can impact emotions, beliefs, and decisions we can identify inner strengths and supports as a resource for improving quality of life, self-confidence, and personal balance.
