This has been my first experience with consistent therapy. Francis pointed me toward self-compassion and provided with practical tools to help me practice it. He listened to other exploratory areas of concern and helped me define patterns of thinking that lead to various outcomes. This coincides with being mindful when making choices, and give myself compassion to be OK with the choices I ultimately make. I highly recommend him as a therapist.
