Frank feels like a friend more than a therapist at times. He helps you out in ways that you don't realize until after you have worked with him for a while. He is compassionate and just a wonderful human being. 10/10

Dr. G is the best. In each session I feel heard, seen, validated, and appropriately challenged. The range of expertise Dr. G holds is comprehensive. That was important to me, as I have LGBTQIA+ needs, religious trauma, ADHD, grief, work stress, and addiction awareness concerns. Dr. G can do it all. I have tried several therapists in the past and struggled to connect, but I finally found the right one with him. He doesn’t judge any of my beliefs, yet also isn’t afraid to challenge my stances. It’s exactly what I wanted and needed in a counselor.

He is always there for me when I need it, even if it’s not our usual time. His experiences and empathy make him feel very real and he doesn’t kid around with the usual scripted lines you hear TV/movie therapists say. He’ll tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.
